Aggar MFI is the first Commercial private Microfinance established in accordance with proclamation No 40/96 which is currently replaced by proclamation No.626/2009 to serve the β€œmissing middle” to provide credit and saving services in urban and rural areas of the Country.

The founders envisioned addressing both social and profitability objectives. Aggar was established by 443 shareholders with paid-up capital of Birr 4,243,600.00. Currently, its shareholders grew to more than 750, its paid-up capital to more than 200 million, and its total assets to more than 410 million.

Aggar Micro Finance S.C wants to recruit qualified professionals for the following Vacant Positions:


Position 1: Credit & Saving Officer I

Educational Qualification: BA Degree/College Diploma/TVET in Management Accounting or related subject

Experience 2/four years of related expertise

Required Number: 3

Position 2: Credit & Saving Officer II

Educational Qualification: BA Degree/College Diploma/TVET in Management Accounting or related subject

Experience: 2/four years of related expertise in Micro Finance Institution

Required Number: 5

Place of Work: Addis Ababa & Out let Branches


Position 3: Director, Audit & Inspection Department

Educational Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Accounting/Management or associated subject

Experience

  • 8/10 years of relevant expertise. Of which 3 Years in senior positions
  • Comprehensive data of auditing and accounting ideas and practices Through data of financial legal guidelines and audit laws
  • Ability to analyze monetary statements
  • Good data of microfinance enterprise
  • Good communication and human relation ability
  • Basic computer utility ability
