Data Entry and Management Intern - 2 positions
Job Responsibilities:
Planning:
  • Ensure all the data tracking templates align with the formats at Log Alto.
  • Plan the series of Log Alto operations: from format creation to uploading on the platform.
Implementation:
  • Closely works & communicates with national MEAL Advisor and regional MEAL Advisors to get updates on the required data.
  • Checks data quality and informs the MEAL Advisors in case of any discrepancy.
  • Ensures that the different functions of Log Alto are designed with Horti-LIFE III’s context.
Financial & Administrative Management:
  • Communicate with the projects Logistics & Operations Intern on the financial, administrative & procurement issues that are applicable—when required.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting:
  • Give weekly updates, to the PM & MEAL Advisor, on the progress of activities.
  • Ensure all the data received from regions are organized & shared on SharePoint.
Networking, Learning & Representation
  • Communicates with all MEAL Advisors, both at national & regional levels. 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT and Computer Science related fields.
Experience:
  • Relevant technical experience of 1-3 years
  • Having a practical experience working with one or more of digital data management platforms has an added advantage.
Additional Skill:
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent skills of Computer packages, mainly excel.
  • With precise insights, attention to the details and persevering to intricacies.

Contract Duration: Two Months with the possibility of extension.
