Position 1: Multimedia Production Expert
Qualification: BA/Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Language and Literature, Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communications, Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, IT, Film Production and others related field of study..
Experience:
With 4 years for BA and 3 years’ for Master experience as:
- Creative copywriter
- Content developer
- Film director
- Graphics Designer
- Motion Graphics Designer
- Video Editor
- Cinematographer
N.B: Skill in script development for radio and TV advertisements, radio and TV documentaries, Directing, Adobe video and photo editing suite (Premier pro, After effect, Audition, Photoshop and illustrator) is mandatory. Skill on Cinema 4D, Blender and animation software is a plus.
Position 2: Graphics Design and Architecture Specialist
Qualification: BA/Masters degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Architectural engineering, Computer Science, IT, or others related fields of study.
Experience:
With 3/2 years’ experience in graphic designer and architect is required.
Requires proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw, 3D Max, Blender, and AutoCAD. Demonstrated expertise in animation and videography is also required. Experience working with printing and advertising, or in similar organizations, is advantageous. It is required to submit a portfolio and a graphic design certificate.
Position 3: Graphics Design Analyst
Qualification: BSc Degree or Level V with COC with any field of study.
Experience:
Experience is not required.
N.B:
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Design, and Corel Draw collaborating with printing/advertising agency or similar companies and having knowledge of 3D design is a plus.
- You must submit a certificate of graphic design.
Position 4: Digital Communication Expert
Qualification: BA/Masters’ degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Management, Journalism, Public Relations, or others related fields of study.
Experience:
With 3/2 years of experience in digital communication roles Including:
- Digital Platforms
- Content Creation and Management
- Audience Engagement and Community Management
- Digital Advertising and Promotion
- Analytics and Performance Measurement
- Strategic Planning and Execution
- Brand Management and Reputation Monitoring
- Adaptability and Continuous Learning
NB: Certifications in Digital Marketing are advantageous.
Position 5: Cameraman and Video Editing Administrator
Qualification: BA/BSc degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Language and Literature, Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communications, Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, IT, Film Production, Cinematography, Photography, Videography or Audiovisual Technologies
Experience:
With 2 years’ experience in Graphic Designer, Camera Man, Digital Communication Organizer or Audiovisual Technician, Motion graphics Designer, Video Editor, Visual Effects Artist, Animator, Cinematographer.
N.B: Skill in photo and video recording, Adobe video and photo editing suite (Premier pro, Audition, Photoshop, light room and illustrator) is mandatory. Skill in Animation and Motion graphics software is plus.
Position 6: Cameraman and Video Editing Specialist

With 2 years’ experience in Graphic Designer, Camera Man, Digital Communication Organizer or Audiovisual Technician, Motion graphics Designer, Video Editor, Visual Effects Artist, Animator, Cinematographer activities.
N.B: Skill in photo and video recording, Adobe video and photo editing suite is Skill in Animation and Motion graphics software is plus Mandatory
Position 7: Creative Specialist
Qualification: BA/Master’s degree in Broadcast Journalism, Political Science, Ethiopian Languages and Literature, Foreign Languages and Literature, Communication, Print and Web Journalism, Language and Literature, Public Relations, Public Relation and Advertising, Journalism, Multimedia Journalism, Public Relation and Strategic Communication, Broadcast Media Journalism or Mass Communications, Marketing Management others related fields of study.
Experience:
With 4/3 year experience in Junior Amharic and English Content Writer (experienced in both languages), or similar experience in Creative Content Creation, Marketing Communication, Digital Communication activities.
Position 8: Public Relations Expert
Qualification: BA/Master’s degree
