Ethiopost is Ethiopia’s principal postal service provider, with over 600 branches across the country. Ethiopost’s new vision is to be a global leader in postal services and a preferred partner in logistics, financial and government services.
Ethiopost is a state-owned enterprise (SOE) tasked with the establishment and expansion of postal services in the country. It is the designated postal operator (DPO) that provides postal services throughout the Ethiopian territory in order to fulfill the government’s universal service obligation (USO).
The postal sector has been impacted by many disruptions resulting from digitization and more recently the COVID-19 pandemic. DPOs have hence adopted their operations to these changes and persisted in the face of challenges. Position 1: Office Attendant
Education:
- Diploma in management or related filed
Experience:
- College Diploma +TVET level III with 0 years of experience or TVET level II with 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages and relay important information to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a net and orderly office environment as well as monitored and restock office supplies, including stationery, equipment, and pantry items

Position 2: Graphic Designer
Education:
- BA/BSC Degree in any field and relevant experience in graphics design
Experience:

- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as in design, illustrator, Photoshop) Proven graphic designing experience.
- Strong creative thinking, exhibiting a range of varied styles and techniques

Education:

Experience:

- Proficiency in creating various types of content for different types of audiences and platform. Proven experience in digital marketing. Ability to edit videos & photos
