Position 1: Junior CSO

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.
Experience:
  • One (1) or more years work experience in any recognized organization 
Place of duty; Mekele and Shire

Only for position 1 Place of Registration: Hijra Bank Mekele – As’Hamah Al’Nejashi Branch.


Position 2: Branch Operation Supervisor

Qualification 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields
Experience 
  • Four (4) years of  Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous. 
Duty Station: Shashamane, Delo-Mena, Jimma, Oromia 


Position 3: District Operation Supervisor

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields

Experience: Four (4) years of  Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Duty Station: Jimma (Jimma South West District Officer), Oromia 


Position 4: Customer Service Manager

Qualification 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields
Experience 
  • Five  (5) years of  Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous. 
Duty Station: Dessie, Kombolcha, Amhara 

Note: 
  • COC related to the position is Advantageous
  • Training in IFB is Advantageous.
