Position 1: Customer Service Officer
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.
Experience: Two (2) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Duty Station: Kofele, Agarfa, Ali, Harena Buluk, Nekemte, Gera, Limu, Sigmo, Meti, Gode, Addis Ababa, Chagni, Metu, Shashemene
Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer
Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or any other related field
Experience: Three (3) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Duty Station: Kofele, Agarfa, Ali, Harena Buluk, Nekemte, Gera, Limu, Sigmo, Meti, Gode, Addis Ababa
Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor
Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or any other related fields.
Experience: Four (4) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Duty Station: Kofele, Agarfa, Ali, Harena Buluk, Nekemte, Gera, Limu, Sigmo, Meti, Gode, Addis Ababa, Harar
Position 4: Branch Manager
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Six (6) years of Banking Operation experience; of which two years of experience in supervisory positions is required. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Duty Station: Kofele, Agarfa, Ali, Harena Buluk, Nekemte, Gera, Limu, Sigmo, Meti, Gode, Addis Ababa, Bedessa
Note:
- Training in IFB is Advantageous.
