Position 1: Customer Service Officer
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.
Experience: Two (2) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Woliso, Jijiga, Degahabur, Dire Dewa, Harar, Mechara, Haranna Buluk( Angetu), Agarfa,Sagure, Arsi Robe, Dera, Dima,Bedele, Nekemte, Omo Naddaa, Gatira, Haik, Kombolcha, Afdera, Alamata , Dessie, Kobo, Bambasi, Sherkolle, Motta, Bichena, Woreta
Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer
Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or any other related field
Experience: Three (3) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Woliso, Jijiga, Degahabur, Dire Dewa, Harar, Mechara, Haranna Buluk( Angetu), Agarfa,Sagure, Arsi Robe, Dera, Dima,Bedele, Nekemte, Omo Naddaa, Gatira, Haik, Kombolcha, Afdera, Alamata , Dessie, Kobo, Bambasi, Sherkolle, Motta, Bichena, Woreta
Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor
Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or any other related fields.
Experience: Four (4) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Woliso, Jijiga, Degahabur, Dire Dewa, Harar, Mechara, Haranna Buluk( Angetu), Agarfa,Sagure, Arsi Robe, Dera, Dima,Bedele, Nekemte, Omo Naddaa, Gatira, Haik, Kombolcha, Afdera, Alamata , Dessie, Kobo, Bambasi, Sherkolle, Motta, Bichena, Woreta
Position 4: Branch Manager
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Six (6) years of Banking Operation experience; of which two years of experience in supervisory positions is required. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
