Key Duties & Responsibilities | Route to Market Execution Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE),channel management, RED execution, efficiency, engagement Commercial digital agenda, including Sales Automation etc.Conduct EDS in assigned areas Manage Mapping Process Supervise, manage, to ensure correct data provided Rollout RTM Model Executive implementation of RTM model Analysing data, get approved with management on RTM model Prepare data, get approval with management on RTM model Prepare design, KPI and management tools to maintain the RTM Model Recruit and Select Staff Manage Training & Coaching
Skills, Experience & Education | First Degree in Marketing/Salesmanship/Business Management/ Economics /Accounting or related fields with a minimum of 2 years experience as in sales.
