Position: Trainee Banker

Educational Qualification: Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics or related fields.

Year of Graduation*

βœ” 2020 (Who have graduated after March 01 2020 Only ), 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 GC Graduates.

βœ” CPGA of 2.75 and above

Under close direction of Assigned Supervisor, works as a trainee in different branches of the Bank to gain work experience; learns on the job and accumulates work experience; and assists in undertaking activities in assigned branch.

Place of Work: branches under Tigray Region.

Salary: As per the Banks Salary Scale
