Wegagen Bank S.C. is one of the seasoned private commercial banks providing a wide range of quality banking services in Ethiopia with an ever-growing and remarkable operational performance.

Currently, the bank has devised a new strategic plan & subsequently reviewed its organizational structure. The Bank reaches out to almost all parts of the country through its service outlets, including branches and Forex offices, currently exceeding well over 400.

Thus, the Bank is looking for professionals with vibrant track records for the following vacant positions with attractive Salaries and benefits packages.


Position 1: Compliant Management Officer-I

Qualifications and Experience:

B.A in Management, Marketing, Economics or related field with three (3) years of relevant work experience in the area of Customer Compliant Management.

Additional Skills required:-

Proficiency in English, Amharic, Oromifa, Tigrigna and Somali language.

Job Purpose: To Respond to Customer complaint & provide appropriate solutions to ensure custom satisfaction and smooth operation.

Place of Work: Head Office


Position 2: Sr. Compliant Management Officer

Qualification & Experience:

B.A in Management, Marketing, Economics or related field with Four (4) years of relevant work experience in the area of Customer Compliant Management.

Additional Skills required:-

Proficiency in English, Amharic, Oromifa, Tigrigna and Somali language.

Job Purpose: To Respond to Customer complaint & provide appropriate solutions to ensure custom satisfaction and smooth operation.

Position 3: Principal Multimedia Officer

Qualification & Experience:

B.A Degree in Marketing, Management Information System, Information Technology, Journalism or related field with Six (6) years of relevant work experience.

Job Purpose: To update the banks website, digital platform and use various types of graphic designs, and share any valuable information about the bank’s product, service and performance through the platform to the targeted population with the aim of enhancing the bank’s goodwill and market share.

Place of Work: Head Office


Position 4:
Branch Manager III

Qualification & Experience:

Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting , Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with four(4)/six(6) years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor.

To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch.

Place of Work: Jimma Town, Branches under City Districts


Position 5:
Branch Manager I

Qualification & Experience:

Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting , Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with six(6)/Eight(8) years of relevant work experience; of which two years of experience should be as Branch manager II.

To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch.

Place of Work: Branches under City Districts
