Job Summary

The Brand Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and management of strategies to strengthen the company’s brand image and presence. He/She will ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, collaborate with internal teams to produce outstanding marketing materials, and act as a brand ambassador to stakeholders. The role will report directly to the Operations Director and, in specific cases, to the CEO.


Key Roles and Responsibilities

Brand Strategy Development:

  • Design and implement a cohesive brand strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Conduct periodic brand audits to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.

Brand Identity and Consistency:

  • Manage and enforce brand guidelines to maintain consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all channels.
  • Ensure all internal and external communication aligns with the company’s brand values and standards.

Marketing and Campaign Management:

  • Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to develop campaigns that enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee the production of marketing assets, including digital content, advertisements, event materials, and presentations.

Digital and Social Media Presence:

  • Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including the website and social media platforms.
  • Develop content calendars and campaigns that engage audiences and reflect brand identity.

Stakeholder Engagement and Advocacy:

  • Act as a spokesperson for the company’s brand in meetings, events, and public forums.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Use analytics tools to monitor brand performance, audience engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Reputation Management:

  • Proactively address potential reputational risks through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Maintain positive public perception of the brand across all platforms.

 

Skills & Qualification

  • BS/MS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, communication or a related field.
  • Proven working experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in branding tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of the full marketing mix.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
  • Ability to develop long-term plans and strategies.
  • Innovative approach to marketing and problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to lead and motivate others.
