Position 1: Enterprise System Administration Support Officer

Academic & Professional Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field               
 Experience

  • Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience 
Enterprise System Administration Support Officer is responsible for providing support in the integration of various software applications, systems and technologies to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across different work units of the Bank. In addition, the role holder is responsible for providing support to end users on system related issues.

Position 2: Enterprise Service Integration & Support Engineer

Academic & Professional Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology or any other equivalent field.

Relevant professional qualifications are an added advantage.

Experience

At least six (6) years’ experience in system integration & support engineering

Enterprise Service Integration & Support Engineer is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the Bank’s ESB infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration between various systems and applications. In addition, the role holder is responsible for evaluating and selecting appropriate integration technologies and ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

Position 3: Application Programming Interface (API) Engineer

Academic & Professional Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field                 

Professional ICT qualifications like JAVA, Web Logic, IBM, ESQL, NoSQL, UNIX, MCSE is an added advantage

Experience

Minimum of six (6) years relevant experience 

API Engineer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, maintenance and documentation of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) in which data queries are made via internet and cloud platforms. In addition, the role holder is also responsible for bridging the gap between internal and external systems, ensuring smooth data exchange by collaborating with internal teams.

Position 4: DevOps Engineer

Academic & Professional Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field                 

Professional ICT qualifications like JAVA, Web Logic, Web Sphere, SQL, PLSQL, UNIX, MCSE is an added advantage

 Experience

Minimum of six (6) years relevant experience 

DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, developing and implementing the Bank’s infrastructure and ensuring high quality and scalable solutions. The role holder is also responsible for the maintenance of automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development, deployment, and operations processes. In addition, the role holder utilizes automation tools to Implement robust monitoring solutions, respond to incidents promptly to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability and security best practices are followed and compliance requirements are met by implementing necessary policies and procedures.

Position 5: Strategic Sourcing Officer

Academic & Professional Qualification 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Logistics Management/ Property Management/ Purchasing and Supplies Management or other related fields
  • Relevant professional qualifications and certifications are added advantage
Experience

Minimum of Four (4) years relevant, post-qualification experience in a similar role

Strategic Sourcing Officer is responsible to provide support in coordinating the strategic sourcing, tendering and purchasing activities, as well as ensuring fast delivery of goods, works and services that are necessary to support the Bank’s strategic need.

Position 6: Senior General Ledger Reporting Officer

Academic & Professional Qualification 

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or business related discipline.
  •  Professional qualification(s) e.g. ACCA, CPA, CFA or equivalent is an added advantage.
Experience

Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience

Senior General Ledger Reporting Officer is responsible for participating in activities related to general ledger reporting as per the Bank’s policies, procedures and guidelines.

Position 7: Branch Manager I

Academic & Professional Qualification
  • Bachelor degree in a business related field e.g. accounting, management, economics, business administration
Experience
  • Minimum of seven (7) years relevant experience out of which One (1) year in supervisory post. 
The Branch Manager will plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/he will ensure that operating procedures, rules, and code of practices of the Bank and regulators directives and country law are adhered to by all staff. S/he will also coordinate the sales/business development efforts of the branch.

Position 8: Cyber Security Analyst

Academic & Professional Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field
  • Professional ICT qualifications such as CEH, CISA, CCNA, CCNP, CISM, Security+ and Microsoft windows or Linux certifications is an added advantage
 Experience

  • At least four (4) years of relevant experience in Information Security, Cyber security, or related field. 
Cyber Security Analyst is responsible for assessment and resolution of Cyber Security Risk in collaboration with other stakeholders and implementation of vulnerability management procedure, standard and guidelines of the Bank in alignment with National Cyber Security strategy and industry standards. In addition, the job holder is responsible for managing compliance, business continuity, fraud investigation and cyber security awareness program of the Bank.

Position 9: Senior Cyber Security Analyst

Academic & Professional Qualification

Academic & Professional Qualification 

  • Bachelor Degree in business administration, banking, finance, management or related fields.
  • Trainings and courses in banking operations (IFB, domestic, credit and international banking operations)
Experience

  • At least four (4) years of banking experience
The Branch Relationship Officer will be responsible for achieving business growth for Retail & MSME/ IFB Banking by providing quality relationship management to new and existing customers at assigned branch. This will entail sustaining customer satisfaction so as to retain existing and potential customers thereby generating additional business through cross-sell opportunities
