PATH is seeking a trusted ERP Solutions Lead to develop, support, and maintain PATH’s global ERP: Business World (Unit 4 formerly Agresso). The ERP Solutions Lead will be part of a team that supports all activities related to PATH's ERP system with an emphasis on budgeting, accounting, procurement and reporting. The ideal candidate will work closely with business owners across all PATH teams, including Global Accounting, FP&A, Human Resources, IT, country office operations, and senior leaders serving as partner in business analysis, system development, deployment and training aimed at continuously improving PATH’s operational efficiency through better business processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ERP system application features and enhancements.
  • Support global end users in all financial system functions related to the ERP application.
  • Gather business requirements and prepare documentation related to functional or technical design documents.
  • Manage user defect/issue reporting queues and work in the ERP to determine the root cause and resolution of the defect/issue.
  • Manage tasks related to ERP administration, improvements, upgrades and enhancements.
  • Functional testing and rollout of customizations, custom objects, new enhancements, application releases and system integrations based on user/business needs.
  • Work with IT and technical consulting partners towards common goals or resolutions.
  • Develop a strong understanding of business processes and culture.
  • Communicate with business users on system performance, status of enhancements and defects.
  • Provide proper training to users and implement a solution that fits the way people work.
  • Develop and maintain reports, workflows, and queries.
  • Stay abreast of new functionality within the Unit4 Product family and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of statutory requirements.

Required Experience

  • A minimum of six years of Unit4 Business World ERP experience including configuration, implementation, administration, updating, and troubleshooting required.
  • A minimum of five years of business analyst experience with financial business processes in Unit4 Agresso/Business World.
  • Experience in NGO/Government context desirable.
  • Experience with Unit4 Business World SQL, APIs, Extension Kit, Absences, Procurement, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Expenses.
  • Experience with Unit4 Business World ERP versions 7.11 – 7.13.
  • Experience with operational accounting, procurement, human resources, and financial reporting preferred.
  • Experience with business requirements, technical analysis and design, coding, testing, and implementation of customizations within software environment preferred.
  • Experience creating custom AG16s, Excelerators, and SQL scripts is an asset.
  • Experience working with end-users to map, implement, and test requirements is an asset.
  • Ability to automate business / ERP processes in a Business World environment.
  • Must have high level of data analysis proficiency in Excel (e.g.: Pivot Tables, advanced formulas/lookups, etc.).
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills, flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Ability and willingness to work in a global environment with multiple time zones.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the country of application (i.e., Kenya, South Africa, Ethiopia, Zambia or the United Kingdom).
