As a Commission-Only Account Manager at Empire Business, you will manage and expand client accounts within our energy sector. **Key Responsibilities:**


- **Client Acquisition & Management:**


- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the energy sector.

- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.


- **Sales & Revenue Generation:**


- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.


- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring high-profit margins and favorable terms for the company.


- Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.


- **Market Analysis & Strategy:**


- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.


- Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies and expanding market presence.


- **Customer Service:**


- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.


- Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins to ensure ongoing client engagement and satisfaction.


**Key Qualifications:**


- **Experience:**


- Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the energy sector.


- Experience with commission-based roles and a strong understanding of performance-driven compensation models.
