• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media promptly
• Analyze and report on social media metrics to measure the success of our social media campaigns and adjust the strategy accordingly
• Collaborate with other departments to create social media campaigns that align with the overall marketing strategy
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Proven track record of managing social media channels and developing successful social media campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills to measure and report on social media metrics
• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
