Position 1: Human Resource Management Officer


Minimum qualification and work experience


  • B.A Degree in human resource management, Management or other Business related fields with 4 years of experience out of which 2 years as Junior Human Resource officer

Location: Addis Ababa


Position 2: Senior Human Resource Development Officer


Minimum qualification and work experience


  • Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business related fields with 3/5 years of experience respectively of which 2 year as training and development officer.

Location: Addis Ababa


Position 3: Manager, Human Resource Development


Minimum qualification and work experience: Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business related fields with 6/8 years of experience respectively of which 2 year as senior officer/Team leader in training and development area.


Location: Head Office


Position 4: Senior Banking Business Officer


Minimum qualification and work experience


  • BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields with 3 years of banking operation experience respectively of which 2 years as branch banking Officer.

Location: Dire Dawa and Chiro


Position 5: Corporate Customer Relationship Manager


Minimum qualification and work experience


  • Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields 
  •  4/6 years of banking experience respectively of which 2 years as officer in Financing & Investment (Credit) area.
  • Knowledge of IFB is advantageous

Location: Addis Ababa


Position 6: Branch Manager


Minimum qualification and work experience: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields with 5 years of banking operation experience of which 2 years as senior officer/customer service manager or equivalent role in branch banking area.


Location: Sebeta


Knowledge of IFB is advantageous


Salary: As per the Bank’s scale and attractive benefit package.


Employment Type: Full time on the bank premises
